Dr. Mary Elizabeth Muir

Principal

Dr. Muir assumed her responsibilities as Principal of ASCS in 2016.  Prior to that, she has served as Chief Academic Officer for the Independence Mission Schools in Philadelphia for two years, and has been a Catholic Educator, Teacher, Assistant Principal and Principal for more than 30 years in multiple diocese. She enjoys attending Masses at all of our supporting parishes. Dr. Muir holds a BS in Sociology with a minor in Elementary Education from McDaniel College, and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Marywood University with a Reading Specialist Certificate.  She holds teaching and Principal Certification in Pennsylvania and Delaware and is a Doctor of Educational Leadership.  In her spare time, Dr. Muir is an avid reader and enjoys biking. During the day, she plays her trumpet with her students at school.   Few would know that you can complete a jigsaw puzzle online, which Dr. Muir does each night!

Mrs. Sandra Baran

School Nurse

Mrs. Baran works as our School Nurse. She's been in the nursing field for 48 years and has worked in the Diocese of Wilmington for 25 years. She graduated from Aloysius College (now Aloysius University). She's been married for 45 years and has 4 married children and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys excercising at the HAC. Loves spending time with granchildren, crocheting and reading. She loves to spend time at the beach!

Mrs. Kristina Bocanegra

School Counselor

Mrs. Bocanegra is the school counselor. She has been a counselor for 3 years and has worked at All Saints for 2 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, baby daughter and her fur babies Oliver and Porter. Her favorite thing about All Saints is the people and students she works with everyday. The best part of her job is watching the growth of each of the students throughout the school year.

Mrs. Elizabeth Boyle

Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Boyle teaches in our Pre-Kindergarten program. She has been teaching for over 20 years, 2 of those years at All Saints. She received her Bachelors degree from Wilmington University in 1992. She was a part of the first class that graduated with an Elementary Education degree. In her spare time, she likes to go to the "Cape Henlopen Drive-on Beach" to surf fish. When she cannot be at the beach, she enjoys cross-stitching and arts and crafts.

Mrs. Michelle Budd

First Grade Teacher

Mrs. Budd teaches 1st grade. She has been teaching for 19 years, 7 of those years at All Saints. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Special Education from Frostburg State University. She then completed coursework at Delaware State University for her Special Education Certification. She has 4 children and 1 daughter- in- law! All of her children attended Corpus Christi Elementary School. Her daughter graduated from Padua Academy and University of Virginia. Her three sons graduated from Salesianum and have all attended and graduated from University of Delaware (one more to go!). She is very active in her parish, Sacred Heart Church in Camden, NJ. She loves to read and cook. She enjoys knitting, cross-stitching and crocheting. Her favorite place to be is by the water or on the beach!

Mr. Robert Colligan

Music Teacher

Mr. Colligan has been teaching for 18 years, 5 of those years here at All Saints. He received his Bachelor of Jazz Bass from University of the Arts and his Master of Classical Instrument Performance from Temple University. Mr. Colligan plays bass in the Newark Symphony Orchestra. He enjoys spending time with family, including his two sons who both play lacrosse!

Mrs. Shannon Denhof

Fifth Grade Teacher

Mrs. Denhof teaches 5th grade. She is also the co-moderator of the Student Council and the It's Academic team. Mrs. Denhof also serves as the teacher representative on the Home and School Association. She has been teaching for 14 years and has been here at All Saints for 7 years. In 2003 she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education degree from Millersville University.  She taught three years in Lancaster, Pennsylvania before moving to Delaware in 2006.

Mrs. Denhof  currently lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband Mike and her two wonderful children. When not teaching, she enjoys playing sports, reading, watching movies, going to sporting events, and listening to music. She also enjoys going to the shore in the summer and traveling to Florida to visit family. Most of all, she loves spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Brandon Dougherty

4th Grade Teacher

Mr. Dougherty teaches 4th grade at All Saints. He has been teaching for twenty years at Ursuline Academy as a Social Studies and Religion teacher. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Education and History at Cabrini College and his Masters of Education degree from Cabrini as well. He is from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania but has been living in Delaware for close to 19 years.

Mr. Dougherty currently lives in North Wilmington with his wife Carol and his three treasured cats. When not teaching, he enjoys cycling, watching the Flyers and Phillies, watching movies, spending time with his family and friends. In the summer he loves to ride his bike, and take care of things at home.

Mrs. Jessica Dzielak

Pre-Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Dzielak teaches in our Pre-Kindergarten program. She graduated from Cabrini University with a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education in 2007. Mrs. Dzielak spent a year teaching Kindergarten at a charter school in Philadelphia before settling down in Delaware. She spent the last 10 years working at a childcare center in North Wilmington, first as the Prekindergarten teacher and then as the director.

Mrs. Dzielak lives in North Wilmington with her husband and 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking. She is an avid Phillies fan and enjoys going to see them play. She also loves to read. Her favorite author is Nicholas Sparks and her favorite children's author is Mo Willems!

Mrs. Esther Haller

6th Grade Teacher

Mrs. Haller teaches 6th grade. She's been teaching for over 30 years and been here at All Saints for 4 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Kean University and a Masters of Education degree from Brooklyn College. Both of her sons are graduates of Catholic schools, one is an alum of All Saints. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She loves animals, her current pet is a rescue. She enjoys listening to her sons play piano, drums, guitar and bass.

Mrs. Diane Hughes

Kindergarten Teacher

Mrs. Hughes has taught various grades from Pre-K through 8 in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for over 11 years. She earned her Bachelor in Education degree with a certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Cabrini University. She then earned her Masters in Education from Widener University with an English certification. She also has a Special Education certification in Pre-K through 8th Grade from St. Joseph's University. In her spare time, she spends time with her family at their home in West Chester, PA and enjoys reading and watching the Eagles and Flyers. The family also enjoys trips to the beach and the Poconos!

Ms. Brandy Luce

Resident Middle School Teacher

Ms. Luce received a degree in education from Wilmington University.  She is currently finishing her certification and doing a residency teaching year at All Saints.  Ms. Luce is a graduate of St. Matthew, one of the schools that is now part of All Saints.  In her spare time, Ms. Luce loves to spend time with her family, ride her horses, read, and watch movies.

Mrs. Viola McLaren

Kindergarten Teacher Aide

Mrs. McLaren completed coursework at both University of Delaware and Widener University, majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. She's worked in a school setting for 20 years, teaching at St. Thomas of the Apostle School in Wilmington until its closure in 2008. Mrs. McClaren has been at ASCS for 7 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years, their 24 year old daughter and their rescue cat Francine Louise. She is active in the church choir at St. Joseph on the Brandywine, and also sung in the Diocesan Choir of Wilmington and the concert choir at St. Anthony of Padua Church, where she takes part in the annual Gala Concert at the Italian Festival. She's sung for Pope John Paul II, and Pope Benedict while travelling to Italy with two of these choirs, as well as a concert in Rome, a Mass in Venice and Assisi, and a Mass at the Cathedral of Salzburg Austria, as well as the Salzburg Festival.  Mrs. McClaren was fortunate enough to be able to visit several other countries as well.  One of the most impressive visits was to Jerusalem where she visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and actually walked Calvary Way where the Stations of the Cross are marked, and was on the road where Jesus entered into Jerusalam on Palm Sunday.

Mrs. Katie Parsio

Second Grade Teacher

Mrs. Parsio teaches 2nd grade. She has been teaching for 10 years, 4 of those years at All Saints. She received her Bachelors degree from Arcadia University and her Masters degree from Cabrini College. In her spare time, she likes to craft and make scrapbooks. She loves traveling! Some  of her favorite places to visit have been Hawaii, Maine and Italy. She likes to spend time outdoors with her husband and son. Her family will welcome Baby Parsio in April!

Mrs. Sheryl Persinger

Seventh Grade English & Language Arts

Mrs. Persinger teaches English and Language Arts. She has been teaching full-time for 17 years and 5 years as a sub in the diocese prior to that. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in History from the University of Delaware. She has two children who are Catholic school graduates, Alisha and Evan. She absolutely loves animals of all kinds. She is proud of her Native American heritage.

Mr. Gerald Rankin

Middle School Mathematics Teacher

Mr. Rankin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Ohio State University and an MBA from University of Chicago. He had responsible actuarial positions in Columbus, St. Louis and Chicago. He relocated to the Philadelphia area in 1978 to start his own consulting business. He feels he was blessed by God to have his own business for 25+ years. After he retired he received a Masters in Religious Education from St. Charles Borromeo. He completed the education courses at West Chester University to become a certified teacher in Spanish and Mathematics. Prior to joining All Saints Catholic School he taught at a private Catholic school in Bucks County. Mr. Rankin, his wife and daughter reside in Delaware County. His wife is from Peru and he is proud that he is fluent in Spanish and his daughter his bilingual.

Mr. Milton Santiago

Facilities & Maintenance

Mr. Santiago is a member of our Facilities and Maintenance staff. In his spare time he plays the guitar, piano and sings in Spanish. He has five grandchildren; 3 boys and 2 girls, who affectionately call him, Papi Milton. He is a devoted Catholic and teaches adults about the Catholic faith in Spanish.

Advancement Director

Chantal Scott joined All Saints in the Fall of 2017 as the Advancement Director through a collaboration with the Healey Education Foundation, assisting prospective families interested in our school and coordinating the schools' marketing efforts. Prior to joining All Saints, Chantal worked at the Choir School of Delaware in Wilmington, DE as the Director of Mentoring & Student Services. She also has experience working in higher education at the Community College of Philadelphia as the Assistant Project Director, Single Stop. Chantal received her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University and Master of Science in Applied Developmental Psychology from University of Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband Sam and son, Sammy.

Mrs. Lisa Smith

Physical Education Teacher

Lisa Smith teaches Physical Education. She's been teaching for 21 years. She joined St. Catherine of Sienna in 2002 and has been teaching here at All Saints for 7 years. She attended Lincoln University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. She also received her Master of Art degree in Professional Development from University of Delaware. She is a three time Track and Field State Champion in shot put and discus, Volleyball MVP during her senior year of college and was excitedly inducted in to the Spartan Hall of Fame in 2015! She enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, three daughters and dog Christmas! In her spare time she enjoys traveling, baking, bowling and playing with her dog. She has dreams of hitting the lottery and traveling the world!

Business Manager

Mrs. Still operates as our Business Manager. She's worked for the Diocese of Wilmington for 19 years and worked here at All Saints for 7 years. She has two sons, one recently married in October and now has a daughter-in-law. She enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and socializing with friends. The best place she's traveled is Aruba.

Language Arts & Technology Teacher

Mrs. Stinchcombe teaches middle school ELA and technology (K-8). She has been teaching for 4 years and this is her first year at All Saints! She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. Mrs. Stinchcombe enjoys spending time with her husband who is also a technology teacher, at Padua Academy, her two sons and daughter, and her two cats! She is an avid reader and enjoys sharing that passion with her students.

Mrs. Swayne is our Administrative Assistant in the front office. She has worked in the Diocese of Wilmington for 24 years total, 17 years as an Administrative Assistant at St. Catherine's School and 7 years here at All Saints. She is married and blessed with two beautiful children, Joseph and Brenda. In her spare time she loves to dance! She belongs to a dance group and attends dance workshops!

Mrs. Brenda Tracy

Spanish Teacher & Librarian

Mrs. Tracy is our Spanish Teacher and Librarian.  She was first introduced to All Saints Catholic School in Spring 2018 when she was the long-term substitute for 2nd grade.  She immediately felt at home and wanted to be a part of our community.  Mrs. Tracy is new to the Delaware community.  She moved from Chicago, IL to Wilmington, DE in September 2017. Volunteering in her children’s Catholic school in Chicago ignited a love for teaching and working with children, and she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies.  Mrs. Tracy and her husband have five children.  Her oldest daughter is a junior at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and her oldest son is a freshman at the same school.  She has twin boys who attend St. Elizabeth High School, and her youngest son attends All Saints.   In her spare time, she loves catching up with friends, spending time with her family and sleeping!  She dreams of one day traveling Europe with her husband and all five children.

Eighth Grade Teacher

Mrs. Warner has worked in the Diocese of Wilmington for 40 years, 7 of those with All Saints. She has both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education from the University of Delaware. She has been a proud Catholic educator for almost 40 years. She loves to read and travel to historical destinations. She also enjoy gardening in the summer and spending time with her two cats, Little Man & Buddy Boy. Her recently married son, Brian is also a Catholic educator.
